FAQs
Who is this place for?
Anyone who is overworked, stressed out, and needs a respite — so, basically everyone. You don’t need to be a “sauna person.” You just need a couple of hours to unwind. Please check with your doctor first if you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or take medication that affects your circulation. When in doubt, keep sessions short, skip the cold plunge, and drink plenty of water.
What should I bring?
A water bottle (we have fill‑up stations and water for sale if you forget), a towel to dry off after your shower, swimsuit, and sandals or flip‑flops if you like — the whole space is walkable barefoot. We provide a towel to sit on in the sauna. We also have a robe and shower towel package that you can rent for $20.
When are you opening and how much will admission cost?
We are in the last phase of permitting, and hope to be open in early 2027. The price will be competitive with similar spaces in the area.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you book a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for your session. Please email us if there is something that comes up and we can work with you.
Do you sell anything onsite?
We have a towel and robe package , skincare products, and light refreshments onsite for purchase.
Where are you located? Where should I park?
We are located near Trails End Taphouse in Snohomish, WA and the exact address will be provided once you book. We have several parking spots right outside the house. If you’re bringing a large group, we recommend parking on Maple Ave in between 9th and 10th St, which is about a three‑minute walk away from Sauna at the Cottage.
